This scholarship is an investment in the professional journey of someone who aims to advance into a nursing leadership position. It will provide financial assistance and mentorship opportunities to a student pursuing graduate degree work at Barnes-Jewish College Goldfarb School of Nursing. Applicants must be pursuing their next level degree at GSON (MSN, DNP, or PhD). Applicant must currently be employed by BJC Health System  in a nursing role for at least one year. Applicant must demonstrate leadership potential and must demonstrate financial need. This scholarship is offered once per year. The amount awarded is $5,000 divided by the terms in the student's program.
