Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College is within walking distance of Forest Park, the crown jewel of St. Louis and one of the largest urban parks in the United States.
Forest Park is home to the Saint Louis Zoo, the Saint Louis Science Center, the Saint Louis Art Museum, The Muny, and the Missouri History Museum. You can also enjoy the outdoors on its golf courses, walking paths, bike trails, ice skating rink and multi-sports fields.
Our campus is only a few blocks from the Grand Center, the core of St. Louis’s art district. The area includes a diverse range of museums, galleries and performing arts centers. Take in a broadway musical at the Fabulous Fox Theatre, enjoy a masterpiece by the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra at the Powell Symphony Hall, or watch a performance by The Black Rep, the nation’s largest professional African-American theatre company.
