2022 Academic Calendar

The Academic Calendar contains but is not limited to: Course start and end dates, break days, Official Holidays (College closed), commencement dates, degree conferral dates, registration dates, and refund percentages associated with dropping courses.

2022-2023 Annual Security Report

This report is provided in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act, as amended. Its purpose is to provide students and employees with information that will help them make informed decisions

2023-2024 Adjustment to Housing Status Form

This form is used if a student experiences a housing plan change during the academic year which may result in a change in their cost of attendance (COA).

2023-2024 Citizenship Affidavit Form

This form is used when a student is not able to submit Citizenship Identity information in person to the Financial Aid Office. This document must be completed in front of a notary public, who affixes their unexipired seal to the form that is mailed in with the copies of the citizenship

2023-2024 COA Increase Request Form

This form is use to request an increase to a student's cost of attendance (COA) for the academic year.

2023-2024 Dependency Status Verification Form

This form is used to verify your dependency status is correct on the FAFSA.

2023-2024 Dependent Student Appeal Form

This form can be used if there are special circumstances and the student wants to appeal their FAFSA Dependency status.

2023-2024 Dependent Verification Worksheet - V1

This form is for dependent aged students to verify basic information provided on the FAFSA, such as members in the household and income and tax information.
